Beckley Honey Festival

Raleigh County Beekeepers Cooperative Association and the Beckley Exhibition Coal Mine/Youth Museum worked together on an event for National Honey Bee Day.

The first Beckley Honey Festival was held on Saturday, August 19, 2017.

Along with local honey sales, attendees were able to enjoy live honey bee and beekeeping equipment demonstrations, discounted coal mine tours, music entertainment, area food vendors and youth activities at the Beckley Exhibition Coal Mine/Youth Museum.

The festival will take place on an annual basis on the third Saturday of August.
